Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong
Orders ship within 2-5 business days, pending inventory availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact customerservice@alunia.com.
Domestic shipping
Complimentary Ground Shipping via SF Express including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China
All orders will begin processing within 2-5 days unless otherwise noted.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and major Hong Kong Holidays.
Kindly be aware that for shipment to Taiwan, it is mandatory to provide your personal identification number as per local regulations. Following purchase confirmation, an email will be dispatched to you requesting your identification number in order to facilitate the delivery process.
International shipping
Alunia offers worldwide shipping.
Orders over HKD1,500 (US$190) or equivalent can enjoy complimentary shipping.
All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
Return Policy
All sales are final unless the item(s) is/are faulty, damaged or incorrect and the following conditions are met.
Return Instructions
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us at customerservice@alunia.com. Subject to our review of the issue, we will either offer to refund or exchange the item (subject to availability).
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, item(s) must be returned in sale-able condition, in its original packaging and with tags attached. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s own expense.

We will send you an email to confirm that your item has been duly received. You will be notified within 14 days from receipt of your item whether your request has been approved or rejected.
All requests must be made within 21 days after the item has been delivered to your designated address. We reserve absolute discretion in offering any refund or exchange. Please see below for further details.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival. Replaced item shall be of the same model, size and colour as the original item (or the correct item in the case of an incorrect item) and subject to availability.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your request is approved but an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days after your request is approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is generally some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have contacted your bank and credit card company (as applicable) after the 30-day period and confirmed that you have still not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@alunia.com.
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
